Who wants peace

Googled the word peace and pleasantly surprised to see this.

Google could find peace in just 650 milliseconds. 😄
Coming to the the meaning of it. Freedom from disturbance, tranquility and the apt usage example
"Just wanted to drink a few beers in peace"

Well who wants peace any way (except the ones above). Looking no farther lets see the situation inside. The separatist thriving on inequalities in society in forested states. The solution, if it brings development and peace, would not be accepted or implemented as that would address the root cause of the issue and the livelihood of stake holders would be lost.

Looking at our borders, who wants peace there either. The premise of the polity is based on constant friction and clouds of war. Country in which the army is ready to cease any opportunity to grab power directly or to wield power from back seat. The threat of war is the life line.

Just imagine a scenario where the two countries are strategic partners say as in case of

US and the UK.
Basically same people. Colonized a new continent and then had it to themselves to form a nation. Like wise our two nations, same people divided strategically to suit every ones lust.("Everyone" is not limited to Indian and Pakistani people and includes many other dark minds of the time, of division)

Getting back to the scenario. These two partners are a threat to all stake holders. Immediate neighbor to the east, a weapon suppliers in the north and the west as well. They have played the game of chess for too long now. Keep tilting the balance to one side or other as per needs of strategy or there export economy. What happens if these two stop fighting, no one gains out of it.

What happens to those separatist in kashmir and there war cry "plebiscite"(i understand even they don,t want it to actually happen, after all it is there bread n butter, gives them relevance and defines them.). The so called main stream politicians of valley are no different in there business model.

With so much and so many stake holders betting on the opposite of peace, there would be none.

Pakistan imploding in its dept, weak democracy and inability to give a way of life to its people, is the biggest threat to India and the World. There may be Taliban like Goverment in Afghanistan and Pakistan. They would most probably consolidate most of the the two countries in one nation of there own or worse, small patches controlled by warring factions( Look at Yemen, Syria Et all). Some may cede to world powers of there choice(read china) and the chaos and bloodbath that would ensue. And some of those warring factions would wield nuclear weapons as well.

Imagine Scandinavians having direct border with somalia/yemen/venenzuela etc. Is there a possibility of peace with such disparity across the border?

I believe we should focus on rebuilding and stabilizing Pakistan. The Pakistanis may snub us for how prosperous and developed there society is viz a viz the chaos and differences in name of casteism  in India. We may fight over who has the most literate population or who wins most medals in olympics. This fight may well qualify for a verison of peace.
We would fight to eternity, after all who wants one. Peace

bhrashtacharr vidheyek

as the volcano of anti corruption bill rumbles has rumbled my lazy self in, to think wut the heck is this all about ..

after all wut we need to draft a sensible and effective bill, say any bill not necessarily the one with a particular nature to prosecute the big shots. A team of sensible people with this wisdom (being very basic) :

· A veteran with the judicial system who knows the judicial system in and out.

· A scholar who has grayed his hair(not necessarily) studying society and the its behavior as a entity.

· How can we forget the perfectionist with a penchant for complication who can interpret the in-human ( i mean beyond perception of a normal human) legal language: jo bhavnao ko samjhe and pen it down faithfully.

· A Dexter in subject of LAW.

· A veteran in subject of law a lawyer for that reason.

· and more than all these we need the lay man who knows nothing of these technicalities but he knows wut he wants and that too in single sentence i.e the purpose of bill is to root out corruption and establish deterrent so potent that freaks the shit out of the corrupt.

having said that we all know we have plenty of those in house (green house), the concept of running a government- nahh too big - running a ministry- emm still too big - ok wutever- is as absurd to them as it is to a undergraduate. Now this was one nasty remark, completely out of context and not required to faithfully convey the basic idea but i cant hold me from that.. ;) .

So finding a lay man in the house isnt big deal at all, we hav plenty but finding the one with integrity would be the task, a daunting one.

Wut we don’t need is big shots with big liquid and real-estate history any normal person who qualifies the above criterions partly/fully can be in.

A star professor form some university shall suffice for a person with thorough knowledge of Law and for that reason a scholar in Sociology and judicial systems.

Further we can find Lawyers retired judges unlike the big shots who are susceptible of having vested interests and therefore inappropriate as a member of draft committee.

At this point it is appropriate to say the argument doesnt necessarily means that all big shots are useless. some one exposing a obscure past of people like Bhushan,s and Hegde also indicates that their presence is threatening !

But then the fact strikes that ant venom is developed from venom itself... !

why should a person get married..
after lots of discussions and introspection i cud figure out a few good reasons :

1 After a certain age it wud be difficult to find better matches because:
a) As we all know about the skewed sex ratio in India, most of the eligible  women are already committed by the time.
Assumptions: Women are not waiting too long to get committed as men  do, a girl is most probable to get married by 29 max. while a man may wait  up to 35max.
b) Most-eligible women would be picked up earliest so wuts left would be  lacking quality as well.

2 Even if we didnt knew the importance of algebra we did studied it accepting it  just as part of  system, while i was still thinking why we need to study this  boring thing , mathematics teacher had finished off the chapter. But some  how i managed to learn it. any way the point is algebra came out to be quit a  use full tool. Even though i didnt realize this when i was learning it. By this analogy in present day situation i have no idea why should i get married, but i can go ahead with it, accepting it just as part of system.

3 When i learn algebra i was able to realize the potential behind the stuff. may be if  i never did learn it the benefits of this mathematical tool would have been  unknown to me. The same analogy could be applied in this situation too.

Elaborated above are 3 good reasons to get married at this stage, even though am not getting the feel of it. But still, not convincing enough.....

may be i'll need some more time to figure it out...

Or just follow your heart. Will know when its time, to just take a leap of faith.

Butterfly Effect

Every year in spring time swarms of butterflies arrived and we were busy catching them...... one who gets his hands on the larger and most colour full one wud be the champ ............. but i was into this not to be a champ, but to hold in my hands a most amazing flying creature (for me at least) so beautiful and delicate (that i only realized later). But the problem was we cant hold them cuz our hold on there wings, damaged them and colours from there wings stuck to my fingers .......... that was so surprising how can she leave her colour ....that was really strange. So we decided to make a big Sand Castle to keep our catch..... it was collective wisdom of all the kids there, big small and little ones too .....
Huge sand castle with walls reinforced with sticks and twigs, windows covered with polythene, a main door and a roof made of translucent polythene. It was the best we cud make. Then the frenzy started, soon the castle was full with butterflies every ones catch in it.... we were like monsters peeping inside the castle locating there owe butterfly......
By evening almost all little flyers inside castle were grounded, with there wings numb due to moisture inside the castle most of them were in-capable of flying, discolored and lying motionless.
Immediately doors where opened to rescue them but of no use hardly 2-3 of them could fly.
That was shocking while the mechanical brain kinds where busy figuring out what had happened to them and started to figure out a improved Sand Castle Design, other children could only pity the grounded flyers .
That was a important lesson learnt .. that we cant keep all that is beautiful for our self ..... we learnt to cherish beauty of creation of god the way it is in nature. Beauty of those butterflies was to be praised loved and cherished there in the gardens when they r free and flying. The principle can be extrapolated to other aspects of life much beyond butterflies................
like not every beautiful rose could be yours...

Reminiscence

A reminiscence of my child hood incident, when i got a nice spanking from my hindi teacher.... for a spelling mistake, while writing “no” ( nahi) in devanagri, i used smaller version of the matraa “ e “ in “nahi ” . back then learning the correct matra was crucial for my passing the exams. So i did learnt how to write nahi but as a punishment she asked me to fill 20 pages of my note book with nahi, nahi nahi, nahiiiiiiii..............
13 yrs after, now i wonder how does it matters if can’t write nahi correctly or any other hindi word in devnagri script......
Few days back (being electrical engineer) i had to write electricity in hindi ( viidyut) i could hardly figure it out ...... man how does one write vidyut ......!! & nirikshan (inspection) & Gyan & many more...... i can write them in Roman Script in java script, VB script but not in the one it is intended for.......
Since the inability to write those words correctly has no implications on my profession ...... why take pains to learn it again
Nor does it matters even if can’t speak it, at least professionally........ Unless am a politician or in film industry but we know at least two people by now, who manage to excel, even if they can’t ...... no need to tell their names.............. we all know them for their inability (or as if a capabilityas she flaunts it ). It appears that speaking hindi in strange and alien accent is the in thing ..........
So the national language survives on rules made by CBSE and Government, making hindi compulsory for certain procedure and curriculum....... is the national language in danger of absolution...... kya hoga ab hamri identity ka ....... hamari raaj bhashaa ka..... but i see another saviour of our hindi...... guess what.....
Bollywood ...... it is known to have popularised the language far beyond geographical and political limits of india..... and would continue to do so..........
and we the people of India.... still enjoy abusing in hindi ....... hindi is the language of first preference when it comes to slang.... imagine someone bangs ur car from behind and u abusing him/her in English........ that simply won't work neither ull get the satisfaction, nor will the anger and frustration be vented out ............... so resort to hindi then................ the point is if emotions are riding high.... well prefer hindi to express them, be it fury or love ..........

jhabua

This was my third transfer in a year................. and one of colleague having good connections........ was determined to make out....... where i am being transferred........ as exact orders where not issued.......
while he was on cell connected to his connection we all stood by his side listening to his conversation ........ and he said..................
"kuch pata laga kahan ja raha hai ....... "
"hmm........ "
" JHABUA"....................... and we all repeated JhabuaaaAAAAAA......... (repeated and laughed in chorus) till there coffee spilled out of cup.................
jhabua is a tribal district on border of MP and Gujrat..... as remote as the name sounds........ and the famous phrase was born ...... "Jhabua gaya babua "....... and all of them changed my contact details .....................
now am "Jhabua" in there phone books or may b in there conversations too.......... :)
this is the way it began............
my train arrived at 11:30 pm at meghnagar,.............. Jhabua is like half an hour from this place.......
company cab was ready to receive me with a driver and guards armed with 12 bore rifles........ suddenly i was a VIP with armed guards for security............
making this secure PSU job even more secure ................... :)
guards told me....... the tribal s here smear there arrows in poison (scorpions or some shrub ) and ambush vehicles on the way to jhabua........
quit interesting information for a person destined to jhabua first time in life................. actually this is the beginning..............
